We recommend Executive Vice President and Chief People and Communications Officer and the Vice President, Communications and Public Relations, Examine the organizational structure defined in the transformation model and ensure the structure, job roles and responsibilities, and priorities are aligned to the strategy.
We recommend the Executive Vice President and Chief People and Communications Officer and the Vice President, Communications and Public Relations, address the perception of empowerment issues in C&PR leadership to increase timeliness of decision-making and address relationship concerns related to inclusion.
